Runes of Magic already features a popular dual-class system much like that of Guild Wars, but is far more in depth. For example, players are able to level a Warrior but once they hit level 10, they are also able to level a Thief or any other classes their desire. With the new 2 classes coming into the system, people may wish they had waited to start their second class and there will definitely be an influx of new characters being created by not only new members but also by those that are already signed up and playing.

The secret of the elven folk in Taborea has laid deeply hidden in Aslan Valley for centuries. But dark demons have corrupted the ents, the peace-loving guardians of this holy place, known throughout Taborea as “The Origin.” This place is almost impossible to find. Giant trees stretch toward the sky as their roots dig deep in the ground. 

Falynum, the old tree of life, center and live-giver for the countless and once peaceful ents, became corrupt and started infecting nature with a negative life force, twisting the will of the ents and many other creatures.

Beginning September 15, brave adventurers can explore The Origin, Runes of Magic’s high-level group dungeon instance. Support the elves in leading the ents back to the righteous path.

In The Origin, you will encounter opponents that are closely bonded to nature and have settled under the open skies in an abandoned elven city. Join elemental beings and powerful ents to face mutant beetles and bloodworms. Defeat four powerful bosses so you can unlock the secret of the elves and return the sacred tree Falynum to its previous state.

The encounter with the giant tree presents a huge challenge: In the course of the combat, Falynum summons assistance, and after time, an opponent who was believed to have been beaten returns to the fray.

After The Origin goes live September 15, additional instances will be added to the new zones of “Chapter II: The Elven Prophecy.” With this, we are ensuring that the second chapter of Runes of Magic will give players as broad a range of challenges in the high-level areas as did the first chapter.

If you are the Humans you play in an F/TPS environment but if you are the bugs, you play in an RTS environment.
